My exposure to MQ is always defined by seeing it in network traces. However, I haven't been able to obtain a decode of the EXACT content of the packets being sent on the network. WHile it is possible to figure out alot of whats going on, having the decodes (or knowing of a product that provides this from a network perspective) would be extremely valuable.
Can anyone help me on this???...Thanks... |

Let me try and answer your question....
I doubt there would be "any" such product available in the market. Because, how MQ breaks up a message and sends(physically) it over tcp/ip is all "Internal" to MQ and is known only by IBM. Hence i wouldnt assume any "shop" to understand this and develop a product.
Moreover, even if somebody tries this, how many customers do you think they would get. Hardly any. Because MQ is so reliable that it is futile to debug or monitor at the tcp/ip level as to what is being transmitted.
Just out of curiousity, why do you need such a thing. What are you trying to do.
Cheers
