The system requirements state V7.5.0.1 but is there the equivalent of the good old AMQ_XP_INSTALL_PENDING_CSD=1 switch that will allow base install followed by FixPack install?

I'd open a PMR but I know that Morag is lurking around

The main changes for Win 8/Win 2012 were in the installation program. Hence the need for the base image refresh.
