Hi
I was a bit surprised to see that MQ7.5 is still writing to /usr with the option to set non default install paths. Is this just setting up the symbolic links or is it doing anything more ?

Thanks and Kind Regards
What Operating System? On AIX the default install path is still /usr/mqm. Symbolic links to /usr/bin, /usr/lib are set up on UNIX systems only if the installation is defined to be primary. See "Choosing a Primary Installation" in the Infocenter. _________________ Philip Morten
