Hi all,
We have fileinput node which picks the message from Unix folder and then converts the file in to Idoc and send to SAP. Suddenly the file is failed in processing and going to mqsibackout sub directory. I dont know why this is happenening. we have trace node connected to our failure terminal. I opened that log location and it is saying some RecoverableException. Can any one help what I need to do to make files move to mqsitransit subdirectory to make files reach SAP. Thanks in advance

Regards,
Nani

Do we need to guess:

1. What the error said?

2. What version of the product you are on?

3. What changed in your environment in the last 30 days?

Hi,

My advice for you is to enable first normal user trace for the flow, examine that just after the exception happens and post your findings here if you can't figure out yourself what is wrong.
