Hi All,
After enabling flow monitoring, Exception List is getting modified.
In our case, we are using a SOAP Input Node, when sending a invalid XML (against XSD), the error we get is explaining the error (eg: Schema validation error). But when the same input is passed, after enabling flow monitoring, the exception list is different. It just says, "Can't find SOAP Body"
Does anyone have come across this issue before?
Btw, we are using WMB 8.0.0
Let me know, if you need any other information to help me on this
Thanks in advance |

WMB version numbers have four digits. What's your fourth digit? If the Input node cannot parse a SOAP message, then alot of things can occur.
If you want to accept payloads that do not match the XSD, you can turn off validation from the Input node. _________________ http://leanpub.com/IIB_Tips_and_Tricks

Switching on monitoring should not affect the message flow logic.
If Parse Timing is set to 'On Demand' then monitoring might cause parsing to occur earlier than it otherwise would have done ( e.g. if the events emitted by the input node include fields from the message body ).
If you are on v8.0.0.0 then you should move to v8.0.0.2 and re-test. |
