Hi
I am trying to disable OAM authentication on a WINDOWS based Queue manager.

VER: 7.1.0.2
OS: Windows 2008 64bit

What is the best practice to achieve this?

Best practice is not to disable it!

I have a scenario where i have to disable it, and I am not finding any proper steps... help

I can think of no scenario where OAM requires disabling - that said, examine the various environment variables available for WMQ

No need to do anything - MQ's OAM does not authenticate.
