I have submitted an RFE to introduce to the dmpqmcfg command the same functionality as provided by the MS03 SupportPac (saveqmgr):
"...SupportPac MS03 (saveqmgr) has the useful ability to strip file header and other 'volatile' information, e.g. QMID, ALTDATE etc. using the -F and -Z switches, from the output, and suppress output from System objects (-s), which dmqmqcfg lacks..."
Should anyone be minded to vote for it the ID number is 31177.

if you would like to diff using dmpqmcfg output now...
it's 'format' is supported by MQDocument

And I evangelize it wherever I go - unfortunately some dinosaurs don't believe in implementing anything that isn't in-house written and proprietary...
