I have submitted an RFE to introduce to the dmpqmcfg command the same functionality as provided by the MS03 SupportPac (saveqmgr):
"...SupportPac MS03 (saveqmgr) has the useful ability to strip file header and other 'volatile' information, e.g. QMID, ALTDATE etc. using the -F and -Z switches, from the output, and suppress output from System objects (-s), which dmqmqcfg lacks..."
Should anyone be minded to vote for it the ID number is 31177. _________________ It's puzzling, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like this before...and it's hard to soar like an eagle when you're surrounded by turkeys. |

And I evangelize it wherever I go - unfortunately some dinosaurs don't believe in implementing anything that isn't in-house written and proprietary... _________________ It's puzzling, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like this before...and it's hard to soar like an eagle when you're surrounded by turkeys. |
