Hi MQ Experts,

Is the trace file have any size limitation on Unix by Default?

If so, how can I increase its size? Currently, I'm getting my trace log but ending at a field for instance, Field1.

I did check the CWF on this field, and the input data value on this particular field. Looks every thing is ok but my trace file NOT going beyond this element. Of course, I have a huge message set.

Thanks for your early response and help

Hi,
take a look at the command 'mqsichangetrace'
in the Administration Guide to configure your
trace settings.

The default size of the trace is 4096kB.
With the -c paramter you can increase the size.

After a deploy to your broker or a broker restart
you may have to configure the trace settings again.

Greetings
Frank
