Migration Recommendations

I already have dozens of Message Flows and Message Sets. Was wondering how you all handle migration control between test and prod boxes. I know how to migrate just wondered how you control and keep track of which version you have in each environment.

Appreciate any input.

We use a version control utility, Microsoft VSS, with separate folders for different environments.
So all the code in one folder, say TEST, is in sync for my test environment.
Similarly for my other environments.
So all the code from one environment is checked into/ checked out from the corresponding folder.

You can use other software such as TrueChange or PVCS
