2) Explain Command line utilities for broker deployment.

I am sure that many readers of this forum would like to know exactly WHY you want these questions answered. I am also sure they we are hoping the answer is NOT related to any of the IBM certification tests.
As a generalt tip, when asking questions, a bit of context goes a long way towards helping get a better answer.
