I want to apply MQ fix pack 7.0.1.9 on MQ server.I have question,I need to install MQ client of the same version(I am having 7.0.1 MQ client)?Kindly do the needful. |

On a server install you can optionally include the client package. If you have done this before applying the fixpack - it will update it to 7.0.1.9
Alternatively MQ clients are available with maintenance applied already as support pacs.
I would suggest using one approach or the other, rather than mixing them. |

Mean I need not to install MQ client 7.0.1.9 on other server.Is it right? |

No, it's not right. In an ideal world all your WMQ installations - irrespective of whether Server or Client - should be at the same level. _________________ It's puzzling, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like this before...and it's hard to soar like an eagle when you're surrounded by turkeys. |

If you don't NEED to use MQ client on that server - you don't need to install it - obviously.
Not sure what question you are really asking here? |
