Question:

Can any one tell me about the Java APIs through which we can control IBM MRM , Message Flows.

We are developing a project which will include a plug in node which will handle MRM and also control IBM Message Flows. I need a code or sample program or any information.

Please advise.

Please refer to JavaDoc, which comes with WMQI. You will also find some helpful information in WMQI Programming Guide manual.
