Did you search google for CRTMQMSVC?
Did you search the InfoCenter?
Exactly what have you tried?
Any errors logged? _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.

Google doesnt give me anything but the link to infocenter
infocenter just gives me the details of the command and not even the usage or examples.
In the queue manager logs i can see an entry saying that the service started with the process id. but however i dont see the service or process on the server.
No errors. |

If you run the script manually (not as a service), does it run successfully? _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.

That wont be necessary.... I got it working..
Looks like there were some access permissions because of which i was facing problems.
And regarding the queue manager logs... the process id was that of the command itself and that s why i couldnt see any details for that process id.
Thanks a ton for your inputs.
I do however have another question... I am running a multi instance setup of the queue managers, and my scripts are n a common mount. So will this MQ Service start, if the active instance goes down and the stand by instance becomes active....???? |
