Hi, We have a couple of AIX production servers which still had old, unused installations of the V5 event broker. I uninstalled the event broker (using the product uninstaller in /usr/opt/mqsi/_uninst/event), but I can still see the packages listed via SMIT with no corresponding files. SMIT output is below. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of the filesets? I have tried removing them using SMIT, geninstall and installp to no avail (all fail because there are no files to remove).

PMR would be your best bet since it seems the uninstaller did not remove all the artifacts correctly.

Hi,
Just a follow up - IBM rejected the PMR as the product is out of support. In any case the licence monitoring tool is no longer reporting the product as installed so IBM won't be looking for licence fees  . We'll live with the SMIT listing.
