So, i think my problem has something to do with the version of the support pac... where can i get an older version of ms03 ? the download link on the official website of ibm seems to be broken...

The version flag controls what level of MQSC saveqmgr outputs.

It doesn't affect anything about the flow of PCF messages to and from the queue manager.

Ok... I tried the most recent version of saveqmgr (6.1.4.0) but the same result. So i made an workaround by deleting these permdyn queues after running my script. Think we can close this topic for now. Thanks for helping.
