No.
If you'd consulted the WMBv7 InfoCenter you'd have discovered this and what you can do about it.
If you'd tried importing a schema containing an xsd:redefine clause into the WMBv7 Toolkit you'd have discovered this and the QuickFix would have indicated what you can do about it. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.
