No.

If you'd consulted the WMBv7 InfoCenter you'd have discovered this and what you can do about it.

If you'd tried importing a schema containing an xsd:redefine clause into the WMBv7 Toolkit you'd have discovered this and the QuickFix would have indicated what you can do about it.

This does not prevent you looking in the WMBv7 InfoCenter.
