I have MQ series v5.2.1 running on WinNT and something seems to be up. After a server reboot, the IBM Series server shows its running, however when I try the runmqsc command, the command just hangs. Tried the MQ Explorer as well and it just hangs too.
Error messages I have found:
AMQ7880: Error code 0 starting ICIMQM/Channel - ICI0001.RSM MQSeries service.
AMQ6118: An internal MQSeries error has occurred (20806105)
The error report is as follows:

Not sure if you got it fixed or not. But unfortunately the FDC doesnt say much. Hence you have to provide more info.
In the meanwhile, you could probably try and reinstall Mq and see if it makes any diff.
What happens when you end and restart your qm.
Looks like somethings wrong with one of your agent processes. Cant say what though, with the info.
Hope this helps. Just trying to help.
Cheers
