Given the post you've chosen to reopen is 3 years old I put it to you you're getting a similar problem, not the same one. Because you shouldn't be using the version of the software that was in general use 3 years ago. Likewise if no-one's posted a solution in 3 years, they're unlikely to now.
Don't reopen old posts. Start a new one and refer to an old one if you think it's related (as this one would be) but mention your circumstances rather than assuming your set up is the same as this 3 year old one.
Which if it is, I've found your problem.

Bearing in mind this is a near three-year old thread and the original poster solved the problem, what have you done to fault diagnose? Have you ensured that all shared libraries are available?
Please state your exact problem so I can split your post from the original, thank you.
