Dear All,
IF the Websphere mq performance is too low then which are all the places need to see or as a administrator what action should take please help on this |

I'd begin by reading the WMQ Performance documentation; then read posts here in the Performance forum. What have you done so far?

You should review the IBM publications on WMQ performance for your platform. There's far too much information, and far too many variables, to be posted here.
WMQ performance is driven to a large extent to what you're using the queue manager for and how the applications are coded to use WMQ. For instance, an application which follows the commonly used pattern of connect->open->get/put a single message >close->disconnect will perform very badly indeed and no amount of administrative effort will change that.
Be sure before you start that you've identified at what points you're getting poor performance.
