Hello,
I have a question on Holosofx Monitor :
On the Workflow dashboard view, I would like to have the following filter for the process instance table : "State Running" AND "elapsed time > 1hour".
It is explained in the redbook "Continuous Business Process Management with HOLOSOFX BPM suite and MQSeries Workflow" chap 13 p461 that "After selecting the business measures that are required for a view and applying any necessary filters on the view, that view can be saved for re-use".
So, I tried to apply the filter "state Running" then set the filter "elapsed time >1hour" one after the other then I saved my view.
Then, When I use my view saved, I only have "elapsed time >1hour" but I I do not have "State Running" AND "elapsed time > 1hour".
Could you tell me what I did wrong ...
Your help and advice would be GREATLY APPRECIATED !!!!
Thanks.
I tried to apply this filter (selecting 2 times "set filter"). |

I have no experience with HOLOSOFX, but let me take a guess.
When you click on 'set filter', you are probably required to set all the filters by adding each one and specifying the logic. Not specfying one and applying and then specifying other(which is overwriting the previous one). That is how I do it in Workflow RTC. you are probably not setting the filter properly.

Indeed, with BTC (MQSeries Workflow), you have this fonctionnality but I did not make it work in Holosofx Monitor Workflow Dashboard filter fonctionnality.
So, if anyone has already used this functionnality in Holosofx Monitor filter, ... |

Hello,
No answer ...
Is anyone using Holosofx Monitor in this forum or is there another forum specialised in Holosofx where I could post my question ?
Perhaps we should create one in this site.
Thanks for your answer. |

Mike:
To my knowledge there are not a lot of users of the Monitor yet. _________________ John McDonald

It might be an idea to have a Holosofx (all products) forum though? |

Mike7, with Holosofx Monitor only you can create ONE and only one Filter Criteria, maybe you can use a create a business measure using the workbench to filter it. |

hi
i am one of the co-authors of the redbook u mentioned in ur question. i thought it is my responsibility to come in. atually, as of current version, the monitor does not support mutliple filters. very soon, i hope in couple of months, it should be possible.
regards
