when i tried to access the mq utilities like /usr/mqm/utils/q queuename qmgrname
using non mq user (test) which is part mqm group

/usr/mqm/utils/q queuename qmgrname
MQCONN ended with reason code 2195


AMQ6090: WebSphere MQ was unable to display an error message 893.

EXPLANATION:
MQ has attempted to display the message associated with return code hexadecimal
'893'. The return code indicates that there is no message text associated with
the message. Associated with the request are inserts 0 : 0 : : : .
ACTION:
Use the standard facilities supplied with your system to record the problem
identifier, and to save the generated output files. Contact your IBM support
center. Do not discard these files until the problem has been resolved.
can anyone help on this

What happened when you did this?

As a minimum, what's the ProbeId in the FDC?

If I had to guess the issue, I'd say the non-mqm user has it's PATH incorrectly set up for WMQ. But that's only a guess.

Thanks for info ....issue got resloved after changing the user's profile which contains the lib path for mq ....
