Hi,

is there a way to automatically update the tree of promoted properties from its root to the main flow.

We got a wide common components framework for our wmb with a lot of subflows for diffenet generic funktions and from time to time some of our developer miss to catch the naming conventions for the promoted properties.

So sometimes we have to deal with the problem, that an promoted main flow property can´t be reffered to it´s root, as it might be deleted / not promoted or even misspelled.

Can this be automatically corrected to prevent java exceptions at build time?

Only if you can build a non-deterministic Turing machine.

How do you know for sure that PropertyACB is really supposed to be PropertyABC instead? Maybe it's really supposed to be PropertyCAB or PropertyCBA.

If the build fails, put it back on the developer who checked in the bad code.
