Export where?
Do you want to take the flows into the Toolkit? Or another running broker?

Message flows are deployed in a remote machine and it is AIX. I want to export them to my local workspace.

Conventionally, that's known as importing. So the previous comments stand.

When you went to the IBM-provided training class, did the instructor explain the use of Right Click Project -> Import wizard?
