Hoping that you have deployed the Asynchronous Request and Asynchronous Response in the same EG using the same Unique Identifier Turn off the Validation by setting it to None in Asynchronous Response Properties.
If possible Set a simple hard coded value in the response message being prepared in the Provider flow( one using the SOAP Input) to check whether any response is coming back.

I came across the EXACT same problem and here is what resolved it.

Flow1: IN ... [rest of flow] ... -> SOAPAsyncRequest
..... SOAPAsyncResponse -> [rest of flow]

Flow2: SOAPInput (WSA ON) -> Compute -> SOAPReply

Notice the bold WSA ON , if it is turned off then this problem occurs so make sure that u make it ON in server flow (Flow2).

Hope this helps.

Hi Abhyyy...

Can you please guide me where we can found (WSA ON) option in Soap input node. I'm unable to found that property in Soap input node.

Thank you,
Raaz..
