Something somewhere in broker is trying to use a WMQ Object that does not exist.
either fix the broker esql/messageflow OR define the object.

Look in this JCN in this flow and work out under what circumstances it would fail to find a valid queue name to use:

I'd start with any circumstance-specific configuration that's missing.
Note that the blank queue manager name may well not be a problem but what's intended. It's the blank queue name that's the problem (the blank queue manager name may well be the next problem.....  )
