this is the error getting generated while writing the XML message into CWF format. in the ouptut message set the length defined for "229^contact admin" is of 17. in the input xml they are sending"Faribault". please help!!

Find the full text of the error message. You should be able to find it in Windows Event Viewer. If not, look up 'BIP5168' using Google. Or take a user trace - you get the full text of all errors in a user trace.
