Im converting Fixed Format to XML(uses XSD Schema) in a compute and has set the validation tab on.

I need to output the message with the delaration i.e.
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>


But i can not manage to get output the encoding="UTF-8'.
When creating an XML using XSD Schema ,the setting of Message Declarations is defined on the Message set.If i code it on the compute node the message does not validate.How do i output the Encoding Field and value the legitimate way(ie Output a valid Message)?

There is a property at the message set level which will allow you to output Encoding information in XML declaration. To achieve this you should have CSD3 installed.
