Oddly enough, the answer to this is very similar to the one given here, when you asked the same question for Solaris.
To save you time in future, be aware that IBM has provided installation instructions for all the supported platforms and had the brilliant idea of putting them all in the same InfoCenter so they'd be easy to find.
Though clearly not easy enough for you.
