We are planning to implement Hardware High Availabilitiy(HA) on sun solaris.
And we are open to two options:
1. MQ HA Veritas
2. MQ7 multi instance clustering

which one should we opt for and why (please mention few advantages and dis advantages of both). And few things we keep in mind are cost parameters because our's is a large environment, which one of them is more reliable and best one to implements. Please care to explain.Thank you.

What research have you done? What were the results?

Did you search here (and google)? What did you find?

If you don't know much about either, it's time for you do the research to compare and contrast both; then do cost/benefit analysis; then make recommendations.

I understand that you would rather have someone else do all this. As some of us are paid consultants, perhaps you or your organization would consider an engagement.

I did a quick google search for veritas+mq multi instance. About 276,000 results (0.16 seconds).
