Why do you want to do this?

What problem are you trying to solve?

You can not configure ANY channel to use MORE THAN ONE Xmitq.

Can we define a new queue like SYSTEM.CLUSTER.TRANSMIT.QUEUE.

Yes.

and use both the Cluster Transmit Queues under one Qmgr.

Yes and no.

Yes, you can use the new transmission queue with some other kind of sender channel. No, you will not be able to use the new transmission queue in clustering.

We have couple of Application Teams using the Same Qmgr. They have their Own Cluster Queues.

Why? Is there a problem? What problem or issue are you trying to address?

My idea was to isolate each Application by having their own Cluster Transmit Queue.

Is it possible or not? If Yes how to define a define the Cluster Transmit Queue so that only a Particular Queue and uses that.

Thanks

Seems like what you're shooting for would end up giving you overlapping clusters, one per application, and you still would only use a single SYSTEM.CLUSTER.TRANSMIT.QUEUE!

Can you be clearer as to the motives?
