What files are in the errors directory? Go back and do an ls -l again. Don't grep for anything.

Posts the results.

There should be 3 files, namely:
AMQERR01.LOG
AMQERR02.LOG
AMQERR03.LOG

AMQERR01.LOG is the current error log.

As a general guideline for problem-determination, when someone asks you what is in a directory, don't answer with what you didn't find there.

While in the filesystem, do a find on any file named FDC

Sorry for the extremely late response. I was on leave. The problem solved after my client replace the machine with a new one(because they want to use the old server for database backup server).

Everything work alright on the new server. Though I'm curious and want to experiment on why did the problem appear, I have no access to the old server

Thank you very much for all the help
