There's a few things fixed in SP4 that have been mentioned in this forum.

Ones I remember or have experenced are:
    QM.INI file updated twice
Buildtime aborts when opening properties for imported UPES defined with VRL 332
Buildtime: Verify warning when unqualified UPES/PES is specified
Buildtime : Exception when deleting a data structure
ASSERTION FAILED WHEN PUT TO CLUSTER QUEUE FAILED (RC 2051)
GDC is not updated in subprocesses
Execution server abend when reply queue name in MQMD of XML message is emtpy
System Log and Error Log are not deleted automatically by Administration Server
Expiration and Notification must be updated in case of ForceRestart

See the readme for details of APAR/PMR numbers

You can use the following link to download the service pack
http://www-1.ibm.com/support/search.wss?rs=174&tc=SSCJ3J&dc=D420&rankprofile=8

or use

http://www-3.ibm.com/software/ts/mqseries/workflow/

Then select "Support" and then "Service Packs".

I just installed SP4 on my Win2000 machine using the "Full" installation.

I verified that IY39759 was corrected, but I still see the IY35837 problem in buildtime. The date on the fmcbmain.exe is 1/30/03 so I assume the Service Pack installed correctly. Can someone else verify this? Maybe it's just my machine.

I ran some more tests. It seems that the Buildtime problem (IY35837) is fixed when the asynchronous activity is at the top level of the process template. The problem still exists when the asynchronous activity is inside a block. I will submit a PMR to IBM.
