I created a message set with option physical format = CWF, language binding COBOL and the functionality 'import to message set COBOL'. In the cobol copybook, I have an item defined as pic 9(05). When this item is manipulated in the compute node of my flow, the leading zeroes are replaced by X'00'. Example : 00010 (= X'3030303130' --> X'0000003130'). When I look at the item definition under the CWF pane, I see 'Physical type = extended decimal' and 'Padding character = NUL'. Is it the reason ? How to avoid this mistake as with the functionality 'import to message set COBOL' I have no control ?
Thanks by advance. |

Is your input in XML and then transforming to MRM?

Cechk-out your compound type and then change the padding to '0'. This should solve your problem. _________________ Kiran
