What is maximum uncommitted messages setting in queue manager -> properties -> extended?
What does uncommitted message means?

the word "maximum" means "largest allowed".

the word "uncommitted" means "not yet available".

the word "message" means "discrete package of information".

So izit means that uncommitted message means that msg that had not been put into the queue due to error?? Or non-persistant msg?

It means neither of those things. Give the documentation another try, remembering that WMQ is not a simple product & is not for the layman.

Research the standard IT definitions of "syncpoint", "unit of work", "transaction coordination", "back out", "multiphase commit". These concepts apply to messaging using MQ.
