Can you provide more information about what you need?
Most of guys here use MQSI and MQ 
MQSI can be used as data transformer, pub-sub server, messaging hub ...

In our project we use MQSI as intermediate level between all internal corporate systems and applications within company, and as hub/router when contact to partners.
In other words: only MQSI knows what is real destination for each message. All systems are connected to MQSI QMgr only.
Internal Systems: IBM WorkFlow, 2 Application servers , FTP server. External: 3 systems.
Each system (internal and external) "talking" in different format (XML, EDI, etc.), and in additional MQSI translates input and output messages. So our MQSI is messaage hub and gateway as well.
This is very short about high level...
