WMB Monitoring Events are not generating for nodes post WTX node in a message flow unless its rolled back

Working with Message Broker V6.1.0.4 with WTX 8.2.0.4

While I have tried to generate events out of some nodes within my message flow, all the nodes which preceeds WTX node are generating events fine, though nodes after that WTX node is not emitting any events. However mqsireportflowmonitoring command shows proper event configuration and state to be active. In case if there is any exception down the flow and the flow is rolled back till the starting of the flow then again in the catch path it is generating events, considering no WTX node is used there.

In order to capture events I have subscribed a queue with flow level monitoring topic where event messages are stored which would be processed later.

Please let me know if anyone else had faced this issue. or is there any other way to know whether nodes are generating events in run time.
