WMB Toolkit error on SOAP RPC style WSDL

Im using WMB toolkit 6.1.0.4 to read a generated WSDL into a messageset. This WSDL contains a SOAP RPC style binding and the message contains the following type:

Code:

<xsd:complexType name="NumberArray">
<xsd:complexContent>
<xsd:restriction base="soapenc:Array">
<xsd:attribute ref="soapenc:arrayType" wsdl:arrayType="typens:Number[]"/>
</xsd:restriction>
</xsd:complexContent>
</xsd:complexType>

After reading the message definition from the WSDL file, the toolkit gives me the errors:

Code:

Attribute reference 'http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/#arrayType' cannot be resolved

and

Code:

Type 'NumberArray' has an unresolved base type 'http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/#Array'

Is there a known workaround for this issue?
