Welcome....

You can start by reading the sticky in the first forum and the link it post to, this will help you in asking the right question...

As for manuals and stuff, look at the top bar: the infocenter and Library are places you have to visit.

For an overview an nice approach read this post (I searched less than 5 mins for it) http://www.mqseries.net/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=52501&highlight=primer
and take advantage of the links posted therein. They will take you to interesting places...
