There are as many ways to set up WMQ as there are to write a Java app. There are some Redbooks on the IBM site that give a grounding.

Crafts/Workmanship is so not CMM level 5... it requires one to think and ask questions... that's a big no no

But we do 'modern' IT now where the business knows better, and 'technicians' are just a roadblock to the Nirvana of 'just getting it done'...

What aspects of MQ design would you like to know about? We can then list all the usual links to Infocenter manuals, redbooks, developerworks etc etc, and the usual mantra about searching for information.
