Hello all,
My company is integrating Oracle applications throughout, and we've been presented with the challenge of integrating with the Oracle RIB. The RIB seems to be some sort of PUB/SUB application that the Oracle apps write to.
We keep getting told that other clients have successfully integrated MQ and the RIB before, but no one seems to be able to provide any specifics.
If anyone has heard of this or has experience with it, please let me know.
Thanks in advance for any insight you might be able to provide.

Difficult to give any advice when you give no information about Oracle RIB...
However the Oracle Messaging Gateway integrating MQ and AQ comes to mind...

II I had information about Oracle RIB, I'd give it, but I hadn't even heard of such a thing a week and a half ago. Just this morning, we were presented with a white-board drawing of the Oracle AQ, which seems to be sitting behind the RIB in relation to our other applications.
RIB = Retail Integration Bus... and I really don't know much more than that.
Again, any help would still be appreciated.

If Oracle RIB is based on AQ, then think about getting educated on the AQ MQ messaging gateway from Oracle.
