I asked you what changed, and you respond "Nothing." Looking back through your post, I find this:

Given that you have other qmgrs on this box with RUNNING channels, AND the failing channel worked previously, AND nothing changed... it must have been something you changed.

Surprisingly, my system's firewall and antivirus had expired. I now installed a new one and everything is working fine now in old and new both.While uninstalling, I had received an alert stating that 'your system has recovered from a serious error'. Thanks all of you for your help. |
