i have created a queue manager in the windows os and whwn iam trying to
process a message other than mqstr are not been processed

pls let me know the reason

How can we possibly know the reason with so little information? My shower is leaking from one inlet so can you 'pls let me know the reason'?

You were referred to the 'New to WebSphere - Read First' section (which you indicate by your post to have NOT read) and I suggest you read, or re-read it.
