| AMQ9208 network problem? |

Hi,everybody.
I test my system(MQ 6.0.25 on Redhat) at our LAN, and I got AMQ9208 error info in the log of mq server.
How does this error occurs?
When the problem comes, some of our clients sending message to the server get an exception.And they have to reconnect for running continually.
Does this situation due to our network unstability? Is there any other reasons?
How can I resolve this problem or relieve the frequency of this error's occuring.

Thanks for the reply.
But it seems not very similar with my situation.
When the amout of message increase suddenly in my system or run continually for a while, amq9208 error occurs more frequently.
And now in my mq server's log , 9208 104x('68') is the most error and unceasingly happens.
I ping my server from a client , no package lose and response interval < 1ms.
I don't really know why AMQ9208 happens.
Anybody can help me ?

What is the complete text of the error?
If its errno 68, it can be EADV "Advertise error" on Linux, or "EADDRNOTAVAIL" on AIX, "A non-existent interface was requested or the requested source address was not local" or stated from another source "An attempt was made to create a socket with a network address for which no network interface exists." (quote from http://www.tek-tips.com/viewthread.cfm?qid=582960 )
This could indicate an underlying problem with the TCP stack on the system. Maybe it is running out of resources or capacity.

And I'v figured it out. I just disconnect the connection ,but did not close sessions on it. |
