Hello

I am new to Message Broker and would like to know How to FTP a file from Mainframe to Windows server and receive the same file from the Windows server after it has been processed, in a single MessageFlow.

Thanks

Moving file from Mainframes to Windows using FTP you have to ask your Mainframe Administrator

You can think of using FTP on MQ too [ just a suggestion]

you can make your Message flow to listen the Mainframe folders using file input or file output nodes.

There are several posts in this forum that cover a lot of the issues that you might encounter using FTP to get data drom the Mainframe.

It is essential that you sort out the authorisations right at the beginning.

Every time you reinvent the wheel the more square it gets (anon). If in doubt think and investigate before you ask silly questions.
