The last 2 days one of our toolkit installations started having problems connecting to the Broker Domains. At times when trying to connect, the usual window pops up saying "Requesting a connection" but then just disappears without any errors.
No connection is established and this goes for all available domains. Other toolkit installations however, work just fine.

I haven't found any logs with errors, neither on the file system nor mentioned in the manual. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this before opening a PMR?

Toolkit version 6.1.0.4 Ifix001

I do not know if this will help but try opening the toolkit with the -clean option. It frequently helps resolve toolkit issues.

Just a guess..

is the machine, on which toolkit is installed, able to ping the queue managers ports on remote machine... ensure that no such network problem exists...

Just an update to the problem. Network access was fine and the clean option didn't resolved the problem.

However, when rolling back from 6.1.0.4 ifix001 to 6.1.0.4 the problems disappeared so for the moment, I'm happy with this version.
