Summary of Responsibilities

Responsible for development and support of message flows developed in Message Broker. Incorporate error handling; define monitoring criteria and alerts procedures for the flows/services developed. Create and maintain documentation and information on the tools needed to support WebSphere Message Broker. This individual is responsible for developing message flows and formats; for developing mediations in the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB); for performance tuning and monitoring of the flows; and for development of production support processes and tools.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of working experience.
• Experience of Unix platforms.
• Experience using MQSeries.
• Understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture.
• Proficiency in shell scripting, Perl, or VBScript.
• Knowledge of QPasa or HPOpenView.
• Experience in performance tuning of middleware applications.
• Working knowledge of XML.
