Hi,

I have one Qmgr,which has Ended unexpectedly.I am trying to restart and get
Quote:
AMQ6004: An error occurred during WebSphere MQ initialization or ending.


I tried to clear the shared memory using the following commands.


Quote:
./amqiclen -v -c -m mqQmgr < /var/mqm/mqs.ini

Subpools lock file is not correct size(/var/mqm/qmgrs/mqQmgr /qmgrlocl/subpool.lck) (0 != 96).
Subpool(/var/mqm/qmgrs/mqQmgr /@qmpersist/shmem/shm.0) is still active


Then i tried to clean manually using

Quote:
ipcrm - m shmid

The shmid gets deleted,but when i try to start the QMgr i still get the same AMQ6004 exception.

Please help me on how to restart he Queue manager?

Any FDCs or error logs?

Search for 'amq6004' in this forum. There are lots of replies.. may be one of those can help you.
