I said you were dead, and this isn't heaven.

You have a long way to rise through the postocracy of the forum. I was once where you are, worshiping his Grand Poobahness, dreaming of the day I would be close to his post count.

Still dreaming of course.

And when you reach it you will become a ghostly outline but be reborn under a different name

I've always held the position that as long as my ratio of correct answers to mistakes is large enough, the mistakes don't matter.

I'm not sure Vitor will have the same reasons I did for changing IDs.

But this is all noise against MSReddy's issue, which seems odd and poorly understood. I suspect MSReddy needs to open a PMR, but the response is likely to suggest applying 6.0.2.5 rather than staying at 6.0.2.0, so it may be better to just try that first.

Compare stanzas in qm.ini for the problematic qmgr to default. Is there something wrong?

Then there are probably orphan Registry entries that will need cleaning out.

Using regedit. If you don't know how, I suggest you enlist the help of a friendly Windows Admin. Also, ensure any folders and files appertaining to the 'old' queue manager are removed. The usual caveats apply.

Explicitly - ensure you have proper backups, be very careful what you delete, and accept that any loss or damage howsoever caused is your problem!

You probably still have the qmgr in the list of qmgrs ... the equivalent in the Registry of mqs.ini...

Search "Removing queue managers manually" in Library and look if there is something else to do.
