It should be possible to set up the MQ/WMB file systems using the Support Packs for Veritas and then manually fail the Queue Managers back and forth.
The customer is being penny wise and pound foolish and does not want to buy Veritas.........don't even go there.

This should work??

Manually unmounting and remounting the SAN? Manually moving the IP address? Manually etc, etc?

It'll work if no-one mistypes anything. Downtime might be a while. Especially as no-one will notice the failover is needed until the end user complains.
