Hi All,
I have installed MQ 5.3 on hp-ux server. Now I want to install csd 11 fix pack on those server.
May I know how to install the fix pack on hp-ux server. I have already untar those folder. It contain many files.

Does any one have experiance for installing mq fix pack on hp-ux server ?
Is the below command correct ?
swinstall –x autoselect_dependencies=false –s /fix-pack/hp-U803577.v11.nogskit MQSERIES.U803577
or
swinstall –s /fix-pack/hp-U803577.v11.nogskit MQSERIES.U803577
Can anyone help me on this.

If the readme doesn't help, speak to the box admin who will be familiar with this type of procedure.
You'll probably need their buy in and/or assistance anyway, given the type of command you're using.
It's worth pointing out that your time would be better spent upgrading to v6, as v5.3.11 is as obsolete as your current version. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

Thank you verymuch PeterPotkay anad vitor.
I have installed the mq fix pack successfully using swinstall command.
swinstall -s $PWD/hp-U808478.v11.nogskit MQSERIES
before I stopped the queue manager.
